Project:
The owner of Spirit Hills Development, a small commercial development, needed a stormwater management system.
Challenge:
The development required an innovative system that would maximize the available lease space.
RESI Solution:
The 130,000 sq. ft. property now features 7,500 sq. ft. of RESI-installed stormwater management technology, including reflex mesh elements used for perimeter overflow parking and an infiltration basin near the center of the site, as well as open cell grid pavers for all-weather parking around the site.
Results:
Collectively, the RESI-installed systems filter over 50% of the stormwater from the site. By incorporating RESI’s systems into the design, the owner has been able to eliminate retention ponds and increase available lease space by 2,000 sq. ft.
