RESI InternationalBeginning in the autumn of 2004, RESI personnel began examining the needs for its technologies and the opportunities presented within the booming development, expanding recreation, destination travel and employment/retirement relocation communities and activities in the AGCC and across the UAE. In significant part, they have done so by spending time there, meeting with governmental departments and related local business people including architects, property managers, design consultants, developers and others. They have researched the needs, opportunities and varied projects, and spent time going out to look and explore the cities and the country of the UAE, on and off development sites. The need and interest there for cutting edge technologies to improve quality of life in complimentary ways is great. The attitude for seeking and implementing those technologies is just as great. That comes from leadership. As a result, RESI has chosen this time and this place to lead itself, to further internationalize its operations. RESI is now concluding its own planning to join the UAE community as a corporate citizen, either through one of the UAE’s Free Zone opportunities or in a local partnership. The RESI family is committed to establishing its place in the World community, and its principals and employees look forward to continuing their work, and beginning their commitment to work on the ground in the autumn of 2006. The immediate relocation of key employees in the UAE, together with the cooperative building of governmental, contractor, developer, consulting engineer and architectural design relationships within the existing community are key to their plans for success.
